Mobile Mechanic Pro LLC

Mario was great! Had a fuel filter changed at Valvoline and they couldn’t get the truck back running again. He came quick and got it running right away. Very kind, professional, and reasonable pricing

I had an excellent experience with Mobile Mechanic Pro LLC. I needed an emergency repair on a Sunday for an alternator replacement, and just as advertised, they were available and responsive. From the beginning, they clearly explained what to expect regarding their services and fees, so there were no surprises. The mechanic went above and beyond to confirm that the alternator was actually the issue before attempting the repair. He also provided me with options for resolving the problem, which I really appreciated because it allowed me to make an informed decision. The professionalism, communication, honesty, and attention to detail really stood out. When you’re dealing with an unexpected car issue, especially on a Sunday, having a mechanic who takes the time to properly diagnose the problem and explain your options is invaluable. *I highly recommend Mobile Mechanic Pro LLC and will definitely use them again if needed!

Don’t waste your time on these crooks! I was stranded in Lexington with a coolant leak in these guys diagnosed as needing a full radiator replacement. Thankfully, I was suspicious and walked away after paying them $250 for nothing. I asked them for some reimbursement to which they asked me to send notification of the repairs that I had a competitor do. When I sent that over, they ghosted me. Don’t waste your money!!!!!

Mario was truly amazing. The serpentine belt broke on my up 2017 VW Tiguan. I called Mobile Mechanic Pro at 10:00 p.m.the night before a holiday weekend. I can hardly believe that Mario obtained the part, drove to my house and installed it on-site all within an hour!!! Communication was great. He was courteous and he was extremely capable when it came to the mechanical work. He was done quickly and payment was easy. I used Venmo but could have used other methods if I had wanted to. If I could give a six star review for the work this company does, I would. Please support people like Mario who take pride in their work and do it with a smile. I was satisfied with the price. It was fair and not exorbitant like a dealer would have been. Besides, I had first considered a VW dealer but would have had to wait six days for an appointment. My satisfaction level could not be higher with Mobile Mechanic Pro and their field mechanic Mario M.

I highly recommend Mobile Mechanic Pro. My son’s truck was locked up due to needing a wheel bearing and rotor. They came out the same day and were done in less than two hours. They were very responsive, friendly, and cost is reasonable. This is the second time my family has used them. We thought my mom was going to have to get a new car but it turned out to be something easily repairable. Give them a call!
