I cannot say enough good things about the service I received from Complete Automotive Repair. When my car broke down on the way to work, they quickly diagnosed the problem and had my vehicle repaired in a remarkably short amount of time. Throughout the entire process, their communication was outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the way and were professional, courteous, and transparent. What impressed me most was their honesty. During the repair process, they discovered that one of the services included in the original estimate was not actually needed to fix the issue. Rather than charging me for unnecessary work, they updated the estimate and only completed the repairs that were required. It's rare to find a business that combines expertise, professionalism, and integrity so well. I highly recommend Complete Automotive Repair, and if I ever need automotive service again, they will be my first call.

This is a wonderful shop with great people. I was out of town and had an emergency with my car, and they were incredibly understanding and helpful. Instead of risking any damage, they made the honest decision to send me to the dealership, which I really appreciated. Even though they were busy, they took the time to help me, offer directions, and even gave me a cup of coffee while I figured things out. Julie and the older gentleman at the front were both absolutely wonderful. I’m very grateful for their kindness and integrity—highly recommend!

On Sunday, I visited for an issue with overtightened lug nuts on my front tires. Executive Kristen demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of my situation, and the team provided exceptional care for my vehicle. We value such dedicated professionals. The service was excellent, and the hospitality was commendable.

I needed to diagnose a problem with my 2016 Chevrolet Impala LT having a shudder. It had been previously to two mechanics I also trust, however they hadn't found the issue. Complete Automotive Repair kept the car for multiple days to properly diagnose the issue. Unfortunately, it wasn't great news of my transmission torque converter being on its way out, however they were very methodical, tested cheap options first and were not pushy on me making the decision to decide to not go forward with the repair. It was fairly priced, but the car wasn't quite worth it overall. I appreciate them greatly and will be using them again for any other future car issues. The shuttle is amazing and for those like me who dislike phone calls or are unable to answer - they can communicate via text and it's very helpful! Thank you to everyone, especially Julie and Steph!

I own a small pest control business nearby, and we recently had a headlight get unluckily smacked by a flying rock on one of our service vehicles. The crack left it wide open to water damage, and replacing the headlight on this specific model was going to be a pretty involved job. We brought it over to Complete Automotive Repair, and they were fantastic. The estimate was completely reasonable, and they had the vehicle ready to go just a few hours after drop-off. What really prompted me to leave this review, though, was the personalized, hand-written thank you note we received in the mail a couple of weeks later. I appreciate the thoughtful, personalized approach to doing business & will happily use their services again in the future when we need our vehicles worked on.
