First off: Gluten free fryer! 2nd: banana pepper rings, it’s like a salt lovers dream. especially if you have a gluten allergy. This place is 10 out of 10, one of my fave staple restaurants for knowing I’ll be safe eating in Lexington. Keep up the good work yall! If I didn’t solve my alcoholism years back I would also suggest the brewery cause cider=yum! Try the hot honey chicken and fried basket, I’ll be back.

Wise Bird is so cute inside! The staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered food from Little Fork right at the counter and they brought it to our table. While we waited we played jenga (they have lots of board games available onsite). The Smash Burger was tasty, the fries were absolutely excellent (truly great fries!), and the hot dogs were packed with flavor on a nice toasted bun. I can’t say enough great things about this quick lunch stop - highly recommend checking it out!

I got the hot pepper chicken basket. The chicken was amazing! Perfectly crispy and still juicy. The hot pepper jelly sauce is delicious and just a tiny bit of heat. Everything is gluten free which is huge sine I have a gluten allergy. The food is made when ordered so everything is hot & fresh. The portion size - wow- bring a container for your leftovers! So glad we found this food truck!!

Unfortunately the chicken salad sandwich had to be one of the worst I’ve ever had. Not only did I bite into multiple hard pieces of cartilage or bone, but it was the most unseasoned bland chicken I’ve ever tasted. There was only one single piece of a grape in the entire chicken salad sandwich. The bread was mushy. They ran out of side salads and gave us fries instead, which is fine, but the fries were not even cooked all the way and saturated in oil. It also took about 30 minutes to get a single sandwich and some undercooked fries. We were the only ones inside the cidery.

Oh my goodness... where do I begin? Beautiful restaurant front, quiet atmosphere. It was amazing. Delicious food! Crisp and refreshing cidars and absolutely loved Greta! Co-founder and an absolute gem. Board games, good music, local eats, superb service, and you can taste the awards in the drinks! 15/10 WILL BE BACK!
