A gem in Lexington, KY. The hazy IPA was exceptional — soft and juicy. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between laid-back and lively, and the setting doesn’t hurt either. Ethereal sits in the historic Distillery District on the James E. Pepper property, which gives this location great character. The campus feels like one of Lexington’s most exciting hotspots, with several Bourbon options, a cidery, ice cream shop, coffee shop, and food options all within steps. Whether you’re a craft beer regular or like us, just passing through Kentucky, this one’s worth the stop.

Love the selection here, and I love that they have cocktails as well for some variety. They had a blueberry muffin beer that was so delicious, and the Old Gregg porter just made me laugh. There were several other beers I liked as well, and there was some kind of rose flavored cocktail I was into. We happened to be there on a trivia night, so we got in on the end of that. Very fun place with friendly service!

The beer is awesome, try the grapefruit!! And the food! We had a pretzel for an appetizer with fish and chips, a Cesar salad and a burger. The brauts and mash was great. Our bartender Donavan will guide you. What a hidden gem
