Wonderful local bakery. Great example of a place that focuses on doing a few things well. You can get bread and bagels and that's about it but they are excellent quality and reasonably priced. I highly recommend stopping in and grabbing a loaf of sourdough.

Outstanding new Bakery! The sourdough bread had a lovely crust and a fairly dense, whole wheat-type of texture that made wonderful toast. The flavorful sesame bagel tasted like New York, just the right chewiness. The generously sized chocolate chip cookie won my heart (and taste buds ) with the sprinkles of salt on top to balance the sweetness of the chips. There is talk of adding pizzas to the menu. I can’t wait!

I love this new addition to National Ave. Wild Lab Bakery is in a beautiful, renovated space. I picked up a 50/50 sourdough loaf, it was still warm and so good. Warning: This bread is dangerously delicious! I ended up eating way more than I intended. My kids were just as obsessed. This might be the best bread I've had in Lexington. You definitely won't be disappointed.

Best sourdough in Lex. Organic and tasty. Give the focaccia a try. So good.
