I don’t live in Lexington, but I became acquainted with Mondelli’s when my sister ordered a cake for my birthday. It was delicious! So delicious that we then ordered one for my fiancé’s birthday. And because we couldn’t let it end there, we ordered a cake from Mondelli’s that my sister transported to our wedding. I think I need to go back. It’s been a while. Thank you for delicious treats that make my family happy!

Amazing service, delicious desserts, and had the most beautiful and delicious cake for my grandson’s birthday. He absolutely loved the spiderman design, and the taste. The buttercream icing was a huge hit for everyone there. Also can’t go wrong with any desserts they offer. Such friendly service and conversation too!

Not only does Mondelli's have the best tasting desserts and treats around.. they are such sweet people! This is my go-to bakery. If I'm craving something sweet, they're the first ones I think of. They never disappoint and I always feel appreciated. I will keep coming back for many years to come. I've ordered a few custom cakes and cupcakes and they've been AMAZING every time. Mondelli's makes cake dreams come true ❤️

While I have had good cakes from them in the past, I was very disappointed with my recent custom order. It was for a cake during the Easter weekend but was ordered back the middle of March, so plenty of time. I was told they could recreate the cake but I would need to get the edible image elsewhere. Why they couldn’t pipe the line work I’m not sure, but we went and got the image else where. The color of the cake was completely wrong. It was supposed to be hunter green. It was grass green like they used the Easter frosting on hand. The boarder was not piped correctly and the cake looked like a 5 year old did it. Had I been there to pick it up it would’ve been left there. $60 for this cake was ridiculous! I will go to a different bakery next time. The cardboard cut out was not part of the order that was done by us. And the edible image had to be purchased from Kroger!

I’ve ordered a large German chocolate cake and a smaller vanilla cake with cannolis (special request) and both were amazing quality, flavor, and traveled well! Occasionally I’ll stop in to pick up a few items from the case such as cookies and other small treats. Extremely happy with every item I’ve ever purchased.
