Pet Supplies Plus Lexington

Our favorite place to go! We really miss the Palomar location, but are so happy to have found the Tates Creek location! Everyone was so sweet and accommodating to myself and my babies! Thank you!

Very great store! Been wanting to check them out. Got a collar for Cooper, my sweet bully mix and also got him a pig snout. Was easy to find what I needed! The cashier Kaci was very sweet, and introduced me to the rewards program where I joined and saved 3.50! Props to her, you can tell she’s a natural at the job. Thank you Pet Supplies Plus I will be back.

I come here a lot for my guinea pig and dog. The staff is always so nice and welcome me in everytime. There are always great deals and fun events there too. My dog Sunny loves her new toy!

I love going to this location for many of my pet store needs because they’re always kind, friendly and quick to help out! Whether it’s a dog needing a bath, essentials for your reptile, goodies for your cats or even fish tank must haves, this store has it all and they always make you feel welcome and a part of their team! Daniel was who greeted me on my visit today and he was attentive and awesome!

This is now the second time in the last few months where I have had grooming issues! I loved the last groomer, but things ended up not working out and her job was replaced by someone else, but they had issues with overcharging for the services. This time I just had my dog groomed yesterday by the new groomer and I understand she’s new and doesn’t have as much experience, but the hair was choppy looking and not even throughout. The nails were extremely sharp and rugged looking, and the dog had been cut way shorter than what was asked. I am very disappointed as I wanted to give this location another chance, but will definitely never return after this! I’m very disappointed all around with the Services here. I even spoke with one of the workers and told her that the grooming services was not good looking and then I was disappointed. Would love to speak to someone to make this situation, right. I take pride in taking care of my pets and want them to always look the very best.
